The Faculty of Law and Political Science, which has two departments of law and political science, is one of the faculties of Gawharshad Institute of Higher Education, which started its activities in 2010.

The main goal of this faculty is to educate dedicated and professional human resources for the community leadership.The faculty has a standard curriculum with scientific standards at the national and international levels and it is continuously reviewed annually and modified in accordance with the latest scientific achievements.An ongoing effort is being made by this faculty to attract good, well experienced lecturers with accredited degrees.
